Here is another error... Playing singleplayer in the new version.
Your second "Getting Started" quest cannot be completed as you cannot "Craft" a stone axe head like it asks.
You can only shape one this being Terra Firma Craft, and Hardcore Questing Mode doesn't see that as crafting.
No crafting grid gets used so you need to change the quest type on that one.
