Suggestion for server plugin

Hey guys,

I have been playing on the server for a a couple of weeks now and i must say i love it!
There is just one thing missing for me, so i decided to go ahead an suggest it.

On the server there is no way to protect your belongings, griefing and stealing though forbidden is made very easy.
Of course there are sanctions on this, but in my experience there is not always an admin around to help you with this.
Personaaly i have not experienced any problems, but i would feel a lot better.

Suggestion:  A town plugin for the server. I think it would make the server more accessible, people will be easier to trust and help eachother.
Newer players would be invited to join a town or nation faster because all valuable items can be protected. The mods are both customizable to your preferences, so if you dont want TP or pvp protection you can easily disable it. It would protect players items without the need of a patrolling admin. The server would be a more social place, with people working together within a town and nations.

Personally i have (admin) experience with towny and though it has some flaws it still works well with TFC and other mods on the server, it does not add lag either so it should be pretty safe.
